DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an Email Marketing Automation Specialist to support our global marketing teams by building, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns at scale. This role is part of a centralized shared services team and will focus on audience segmentation, campaign execution, and operational excellence within the email channel. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented,



and comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment. You will work closely with marketers, data teams, and fellow automation specialists to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with established best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Segmentation
- Build and maintain email audience segments using Adobe marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Eloqua) based on defined business and campaign requirements
- Execute email campaigns end-to-end, including audience setup, campaign configuration, QA, scheduling, and deployment
- Ensure campaigns adhere to established standards for branding, personalization, compliance, and data usage
- Support recurring, triggered, and ad hoc email campaigns across multiple business units and regions
