Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 7+ years.
- Strong Salesforce programming skills in Apex and proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Expertise in Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) and Einstein Discovery.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud with working knowledge of CPQ.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of design patterns and their practical implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing).
- Exposure to integration with third-party systems and advanced Salesforce modules.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project.
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it.
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets.
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
- Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
- Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement.
