Security Administration
The Enterprise applications supported and administered by this role are complex applications, typically running on a UNIX/Linux platform.
These applications require an understanding of the underlying UNIX/Linux operating system, and all application server technologies. Due to the secure nature of these systems and the data that resides on them, the team must always act with diligence and care when accessing the system and making changes.
Accountable for:
· Working with appropriate constituents to managing core and supporting Security applications, including installation of software releases, parameter changes, testing activities, monitoring overall health, and performance tuning. Ensure that system incidents and user issues are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, and in accordance with documented processes.
· Apply problem solving expertise to resolve complex problems and identify root cause.
· Provide excellent customer service and foster robust relationships with peers, customers, and vendors built on mutual trust and respect. Work with various teams across IT to ensure continuity of
