What you'll do:
- Design and execute exploratory tests to uncover usability issues, edge cases, and unexpected behavior in our AI platform
- Validate product behavior through real-world usage scenarios, prioritizing user impact and business value
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman to verify system interactions and data integrity
- Write and execute SQL/database queries to validate data flows and investigate test results
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to drive quality at every stage
- Contribute to test documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in software testing with solid understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile practices
- Hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and test support
- Experience with test case and defect management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, JIRA)
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem
