Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Delivery
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across South and East India for technical, operational,
commercial,
and support functions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across the TIC industry and
adjacent sectors.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Drive direct sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Stakeholder Management
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce
requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct intake discussions and provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and
hiring recommendations.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders throughout the hiring process.
- Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare and publish recruitment dashboards and reports covering hiring metrics, pipeline
status, TA
