Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition - Focus on Recruitment & Staffing Services:
- Proactively target and engage decision-makers and hiring managers to uncover business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing sectors.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ hiring needs, pain points,
and organizational culture to offer tailored recruitment solutions that meet specific talent acquisition requirements.
- Present The Search House’s recruitment and staffing services effectively, ensuring alignment between our solutions and the client’s staffing goals, helping them achieve efficient hiring processes.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to clearly communicate how our services can streamline recruitment, enhance talent quality, and drive organizational success.

Market Research/Lead Generation, Inside Sales & Cold Calling:
- Conduct regular market research to identify companies that are actively hiring and track hiring managers and key decision-makers across various industries.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers in target companies to support targeted outreach.
