Position Name - Sales Specialist - Reinsurance

Experience Range - 5 years+

Mandatory Requirement:

Experience handling domestic and/or international reinsurance markets.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients.

Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the reinsurance segment.

Structure and place reinsurance programs (treaty and facultative).

Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams for seamless execution.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with reinsurers.

Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic insights to clients.

Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity.

Qualification and Experience

5–15 years of experience in reinsurance sales, placement, or business development.

Robust understanding of treaty and facultative reinsurance structures.

-
Established network within insurance/reinsurance markets.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
