Job Title: Global SAP SuccessFactors EC Configuration Consultant
Work you’ll do:
- Facilitate the rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the new Global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) to offices around the world
- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops and adoption of SuccessFactors
- Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices
- Participate with client facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements
- Provide leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology and deployment activities
- Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, applicable project metrics and status reporting within a project team and to client stakeholders for your area of responsibility
- User Access and Security Management: Manage permissions, roles, and access rights (RBP)



to ensure data security and compliance and S-User ID provisioning.
- Collaboration with Integration Team: Work closely with integration developers and external system owners to resolve data flow or interface issues.
- Robust hands on configuration experience with Employee Central – Data Models, MDF objects, Business Rules, Latest People Profile, Event Derivation, Workflows, Role Based Permissions, Story Reporting, Transport Tool.
- Maintain standard SAP workbooks with changes per iterative cycle.
- Support SIT and UAT test cycles with defect resolution, configuration changes, and workbook updates.

Qualifications
Required:
- At least 5 years experience with a minimum of 3 full cycle end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central
- Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification with updated link in Credly.
- Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration
