Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement activities, and HR operations. Exposure to payroll coordination will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer roll-out.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of current employees.
- Support HR documentation and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team by sharing attendance, leave, and other employee-related inputs (payroll experience is an added advantage).
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the HR lifecycle.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, with a primary focus on recruitment.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
