- Job Purpose : To ensure that the necessary facilities are available in the Vehicle Assembly and related subassemblies for executing manufacturing activities as per management targets including capacity enhancement, recent models, offloading and Continuous improvement. Role is also responsible for providing technical support to vendors for improving capacity, quality and productivity.

- Educational Qualifications : B.tech/M.tech Mechanical Engineering
- Work Exp :
- Min: 3 years
- Max: 10 years
- Industry Specification : Automotive / Auto OEM
- Key Technical Competencies :
- Knowledge of planning, procurement,



and commissioning of all manufacturing facilities related to vehicle assembly.
- Knowledge of automotive components casting, forging, and machining processes.
- Awareness & understanding of commercial / negotiation processes for ordering capital equipment with strong negotiation skills.
- Knows and able to drive productivity improvements by methods improvements, VAVE cost saving proposals for vehicle assembly.
- Should have detailed knowledge of products, processes and equipment used in automobile industries.
- Aware about the latest developments and techniques used for conveyorized assembly and automations.
- Should possess understanding of engineering drawings, auto cad and 3D drawing software like Team center.
- Should have knowledge of budgeting, planning and utilization / execution of the same - capital and revenue.
