We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Analyst / Developer to join our Biz Apps team. This is a senior individual contributor role that combines business analysis, solution design, platform administration, and hands-on Salesforce development to support core business processes and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
In this role,



you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor on SFDC capabilities, integrations, and platform best practices while owning workstreams from intake and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Success in this role will come from solid technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes through expertise, collaboration, and execution.

- Collaborate with SMEs to gain a comprehensive understanding of current business processes.
- Make data-driven decisions and propose systematic process improvements.
- Become the go-to expert for Gigamon’s SFDC functionality, integrations, and limitations.
