Company Description:

Our client, a prominent player in the Rail industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Finance to lead their finance department in Hyderabad. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies and plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the Rail industry.
- Manage and supervise the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and performance evaluation to ensure effective and accurate financial operations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring their accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data, identify key trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks,



implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks and ensure the financial stability of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance in areas such as project planning, contract negotiations, and business development.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory guidelines applicable to the Rail industry, and ensure the organization's compliance.
