- Handling the Point of Sales and billing.
- Upselling membership.
- Managing the shift schedules.
- Tending to golfers' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized.
- Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment.
- Managing budgets, petty cash, invoices, records, and contracts.
- Supervising staff and all front desk activities including lesson bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
- Keeping in touch with accounts and providing them with relevant information.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports from the software.
- Preparing coach payouts.
- Coordinating with golf-related vendors and snack shop vendors.
- Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
- Need good excel skills, positive communication skills, and computer savvy

Shift : 10-hour shift Tuesday to Sunday either 10 am to 8 pm Monday off
