As a Global US Payroll Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. Within our Managed Services practice, you will be the primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and supporting our workforce efficiently. This role involves engaging with complex business issues, from strategy to execution,
and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
