About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive revenue growth across Solar Energy products, EV Charging infrastructure, Electrical Hardware, and related solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dealer/distributor channel management and a passion for clean energy sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners across assigned territories.
• Promote and sell Solar panels, EV Chargers, electrical hardware, and related products to B2B and B2C customers.
• Develop and execute territory-level sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new accounts.




• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Coordinate with the internal logistics and operations team to ensure timely product delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to the management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Leverage multilingual communication skills to engage with clients across diverse regional markets.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of experience in sales within Solar, EV, Electrical Products, or Hardware industries.
• Proven track record of dealer/distributor network development and management.
• Robust knowledge of Solar PV systems, EV charging technology, or electrical product lines.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in two or more regional/Indian languages (Multilingual is a strong adva
