Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer with minimum 3-4 years of experience. You will be responsible for building and optimizing the front-end experience for CashKaro and EarnKaro.




Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize website performance and user experience through testing and analytics.
- Contribute to the creation of style guides and design documentation,
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.

Must-Have Skills:
- Expert in Front End Web Design using React
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Web Design experience using React. Should have strong projects to show their skill
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma
- Expert proficiency in Figma, along
