Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our development teams in delivering complex engineering software and hardware projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional project management methodologies and Agile principles, with a proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the Scrum framework. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning,
executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, all while ensuring a high level of quality and team satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning and implementation of projects from concept to completion, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
