Job Description:
- Should have experience of running a continuous chemical plant from different licensors in the world and intricacies involved with wide experience in handling all unit operations and processes.
- To oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
- Review of Ram materials consumption on daily basis.
- Well versed with storage and handling of toxic, hazardous chemicals and aromatic chemicals.
- Well versed with relevant codes and standards and compliance.
- Basic & detail Design Engineering activities for the assigned project in accordance with the Company established procedures. Should be able to work as both process and project lead for the assigned project and have to co-ordinate with project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and approval of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P & I Diagrams, Process Datasheets Specifications for Equipment and Instruments, Cause Effect Diagrams, Control Philosophies, Shutdown Philosophies, Operation & Maintenance Manuals etc.
- Participate in the HAZARD/HAZOP review, process and other safety evaluations.
