Job Objective: The incumbent will be supporting the implementation and monitoring of ESG (Environment & Social Governance) compliances in the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify the ESG initiatives in co-ordination with the functions and drive implementation across functions
- To review and monitor the progress of ESG compliance
- To document and maintain ESG monitoring and related processes
- To conduct trainings and create ongoing awareness around ESG
- Reporting on ESG asctivities

- ESG knowledge and experience preferably in Insurance sector

Minimum Qualification: CS/ / LLB / MBA
Minimum Experience: Minimum 6 -10 years relevant experience with reputed law firms/ corporate/MNC preferably in insurance sector in Environment & Social Governance.
