Key Responsibilities:




- Design and build comprehensive Blueprint of Transformation Roadmaps that translate enterprise-level vision into actionable initiatives with defined timelines, resource requirements, and value realization milestones.
- Drive discovery processes and solution validation activities, conducting comprehensive assessments of current-state operations, identifying transformation opportunities, and quantifying potential value across automation, digitization, consolidation, and workflow redesign levers.
- Provide expert oversight for due diligence activities during client onboarding, transitions, and strategic hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment between organizational capabilities and transformation objectives.
- Translate complex healthcare domain knowledge into actionable shift-left strategies that move intervention points earlier in workflows to prevent errors, reduce rework, and optimize resource utilization.
