As an EDI Axway Support Administrator, you’ll be the frontline hero responsible for managing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations using Axway technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring 24x7 support for incident management and change management activities. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement changes,



and maintain the stability of our EDI systems .

Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management
- Monitor and respond to EDI-related incidents quickly to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot issues in Axway systems and perform root‑cause analysis.
- Escalate major issues while maintaining ownership until they are resolved.

Change Management
- Implement EDI configuration changes and trading partner setups as per change‑control processes.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure changes are tested and deployed smoothly.

System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Use monitoring tools to proactively detect and fix potential issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, patches, and upgrades on Axway systems.

Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the link between business users, trading partners, and IT teams.
- Provide clear and timely updates on incident progress and resolution timelines.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain
