Experience:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years in Machine Shop, Aerospace, Defense, or Oil & Gas industry only and rich experience on CNC & VMC programming .

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning and Management:
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business and market demands.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to meet production targets and quality standards.

1. Quality Assurance:
• Oversee the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

1. Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the production team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Foster a positive and productive work setting.

1. Operational Efficiency:
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Safety and Compliance:




• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

1. Inventory and Resource Management:
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

1. Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
