Job Summary

The Procurement Service Delivery Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership to employees supporting procurement and sourcing operations within a defined service delivery environment. This role is responsible for supervising daily procurement activities, ensuring timely and high-quality service, supporting sourcing processes, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with experience in procurement, shared services, business process outsourcing, or a similar operational setting.



This position works within established processes while exercising judgment to manage priorities, support team effectiveness, and contribute to quality, cost, and service objectives.
