- Reviewing all the existing programs in order to verify the cycle time and tooling and improve the same.
- Fixture modification of CNC Pipe Bending machines
- Tool Development of CNC Pipe bending machines and SPM machines
- Kaizen, Poka-yoke, 5S activity in CNC Pipe bending Shop. Positive communication & interpersonal (people) skills..
- Responsible for providing guidance to the production worker for qualitative performance and also timely checking the Responsible to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Responsible for preparing and reviewing daily and shift basis production.
- Responsible for analyzing production specification, capacity and mathematical calculations to determine the manufacturing process performance of the workers.
