Job Description
- The incumbent will be responsible for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop learning solutions that are robust, cost effective and meet business outcomes.
- Responsible for creation of ILT content/ working with the vendors for delivery of the same basis the project requirement
- Responsible for following processes and compliance for effective delivery of content

Roles & Responsibilities
- Produce well-researched content
- Design, and develop programs for training the role-holders across industries
- Contextualize and develop content as per the job role learning requirement
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
- Collaborate with various stakeholders for devising the content
- Analyze client needs and design innovative learning solutions for classroom, virtual classroom, or web
- Convert existing content into interactive eLearning modules
- Lead development of e-Learning content, by doing hands-on development, managing project schedule, and reviewing work of other instructional designers
- Design and propose creative instructional strategies for current and ongoing projects
- Develop storyboards for e-Learning courses, classroom materials and instructor guid
