Coordinate team tasks, assist in pRole: A2/B1 Analytics PMO

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with relevant departments to get different types of contracts executed and maintain a tracker for contract expirations.
- Handle invoice processing and associated gross/net accounting.
- Handle revenue forecasting, project performance monitoring and adjustments. Further support month end activities.
- File timesheets to ensure accurate tagging of resources ensuring compliance.
- Ensure co-cordial relationship with vendor for smooth execution of PO& MRS creation.
- Ensure completion of annual compliance activities and mandatory organizational training at account level.
- Support internal and external audits through documentation and coordination.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and performance trackers as per requirements.
- Deliver administrative support across business functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and distribute accurate Minutes of Meetings and tracking follow-ups.
- Provide shift support across IST/EST time zones.

Qualifications:




- 3-6 years’ of relevant experience in PMO or related functions in global companies supporting US time zone availability.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s from a reputed university; background in commerce, accounting or audit preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills.
- Skilled in managing virtual meetings and collaboration tools.
- Team player with a proactive approach to process improvements.
- Experience in consulting or analytics is a plus
