This is an Inside sales , Pre Sales, Sales Support role to generate Business.

Role Overview

Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in back-end sales, Sales support. The role involves supporting the sales team through coordination, pricing, quotations, CRM management, and client communication to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide complete back-end sales support to the sales team

• Prepare and manage sales quotations, pricing sheets, proposals, and related documentation

• Coordinate internally for approvals, pricing validation, and technical inputs

• Handle client communication via calls, emails, and follow-ups

• Maintain and update CRM software with leads, opportunities, and sales data

• Assist in lead tracking, pipeline management, and MIS reporting

• Support sales closures by ensuring timely and accurate documentation

Required Skills & Proficiency:-

• 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Support / Back-End Sales

• Strong proficiency in working with CRM software





• Hands-on experience in sales quotation preparation and pricing coordination

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Robust coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
