We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Account Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparing account reconciliations and journal entries
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary : 10000-12000
Job Timing : 09:15 am to 06:00 pm
Weekly Off : Sunday
