Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recruiting strategies for identifying candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to data validation.
- Develop hiring plans and strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Responsible for creating a medium to large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting requirement targets,



and providing regular status reports.
- Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Draft recruitment job advertisements for advertising on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source and find qualified candidates for open positions using various sources such as resume databases (Naukri, Insthyre, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.
- Create and maintain databases for candidates along with corresponding resume database.
- Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
