Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely updating of accounting entries and MIS across Excel and Google shared sheets. The role involves close coordination with the Auditor’s Team, especially for reconciliations, compliance data, GST/TDS reports, and audit documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts
- Record and update all accounting entries in Excel and Google Sheets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Reconcile receipts, payments, expenses, petty cash, and vendor statements
- Prepare and maintain GST and TDS statements, including monthly data collation
- Coordinate with clinics and internal teams for timely accounting updates
- Work closely with the Auditor’s Team for audit schedules, documentation, and compliance
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and data uploads
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and records for statutory and audit purposes





Candidate Profile
- B.Com/M.Com with 1–3 years of accounting experience (healthcare preferred, not mandatory)
- Robust proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with daily accounting entries and reconciliations
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable handling large data sets
- Good communication and coordination skills
