Role Description
We are seeking a Tech Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The Tech Recruitment Consultant will work with clients and candidates to provide expert advice on hiring the right talent for their technology needs. This is a full time remote role that involves managing a portfolio of clients across the technology sector, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and generating new business opportunities. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in recruiting for a variety of technical roles.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an agency setting
- Thorough understanding of the technology industry and current market trends




- Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing, AI sourcing, and other trending sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiring
