Responsibilities:
- Strong in all Enterprise Java frameworks and hands on exposure in (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JMS, Web services, JavaScript libraries, Angular/React JS, HTML, CSS3, JQuery).
- Be accountable for the end-to-end planning and execution of one or more projects and/or Agile teams.
- Ask thoughtful questions to help our customers, product owners, and product managers to maximize ROI and meet company objectives.
- Understand product strategy and perks of key deliverables in his/her area of responsibility
- Facilitate the team's Scrum ceremonies, i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog grooming.
- Liaise with the Product Owner and the Business Analysts in order to ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Guiding the team on the Agile Scrum methodology in order to constantly improve the Scrum team's standards of work.
- Managing relationships and communicating with the project sponsor, senior management and other project contributors
- Assisting with internal and external communication,



improving transparency, and radiating information
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive those from idea to implementation.
- Act as a change agent for the team.
- Should have very clear understanding of the values and the whys behind those values to be able to coach the team around those.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in two or more technical areas to be able to develop and manage communications and interactions with end users.

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of total experience
- Very Good experience in Product Development
- 5+ years as a scrum practitioner on scrum teams.
- Experience in working onshore-offshore model/Global teams.
