The Planning Executive will be responsible for production scheduling, material coordination, and on-time order execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to coordinate effectively between departments such as sales, production, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on sales and export orders.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution.

Monitor work progress, update management on delivery schedules, and identify bottlenecks.

Analyze order priorities and ensure material availability before production.

Maintain planning MIS, reports, and data accuracy.

Communicate proactively with sales and customer service teams regarding order status.

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / MBA (Operations or Production preferred).

Experience: 2–5 years in Planning or Coordination role (preferably in Packaging / Manufacturing industry).

Tools: MS Excel, ERP systems, or production planning software knowledge preferred.
