Job Purpose
As Manager – Operations, you will be a strategic anchor in scaling high-impact delivery across multiple event formats and geographies. You will lead complex operations, elevate cross-functional alignment,
and embed a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation. This role will be pivotal in operationalizing NeoNiche’s Vision 2030 by translating strategy into actionable execution frameworks and people-led growth.
Key Responsibilities / Accountability
- Operational Strategy & Governance
Build and lead execution strategies that align with business priorities, operational standards, and scalable growth while driving consistency and risk mitigation.
- Leadership & Capability Building
Mentor mid-level managers and project leads to foster an ownership mindset, empower decision-making, and institutionalize delivery excellence.
- Cross-Functional Execution Alignment
Serve as the strategic operations lead across BD, Creative, Client Servicing, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery across event life cycles.
- Margin Optimization & Financial Control
Enhance operational efficiency and cost controls through accurate forecasting, budge
