Position Summary
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing and business development strategy for the company. The role requires strong experience in the CRGO, transformer, transformer radiator, copper, electrical, or engineering manufacturing industry.
The candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, developing key customer relationships, increasing market share, achieving sales targets, managing the marketing team, and identifying new markets and products.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy / Business Administration or equivalent.
MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
15+ years of overall experience, preferably with 8+ years in a senior marketing leadership role.




Strong experience in one or more of the following industries:
CRGO / Electrical Steel
Transformer Manufacturing
Transformer Radiators
Transformer Components
Copper Products
Electrical Equipment
Engineering Manufacturing
Proven experience in B2B industrial sales and business development.
Experience in handling major customers, OEMs, and industrial accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and business targets.
Identify new customers, markets, projects, and business opportunities.
Develop business with transformer manufacturers, OEMs, EPC companies, utilities, electrical contractors, and other industrial customers.
Increase market penetration for CRGO products, transformer radiators, copper products, and other engineering components.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
