Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain transparent documentation of project processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
