We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary design team for a large-scale Industrial and Logistics Park development. The ideal candidate will bring solid technical expertise in civil infrastructure design, a comprehensive understanding of industrial developments, and a proven track record in reviewing and coordinating infrastructure drawings. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to ensure that all civil design works are compliant with project standards, local regulations, and stakeholder expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the civil engineering design aspects of the project including site development, road networks, drainage, utilities, grading, and earthworks.
- Review of PEB design submission – Staad file, AB plans, GA drawings for the warehouse boxes.
- Review and validate infrastructure design drawings and documents prepared by consultants or internal teams.
- Ensure civil infrastructure designs align with overall master planning and architectural intent.




- Identify discrepancies or potential issues in design submissions and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and engineering standards (local and international).
- Liaise with structural, MEP, geotechnical, and environmental consultants to ensure seamless design integration.
- Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and permitting authorities throughout the design and approval process.
- Provide technical inputs during project planning, budgeting, procurement, and construction phases as required.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, bill of quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation.
- Support the development of value engineering proposals and assist in risk assessments.
- Participate in design reviews, workshops, and progress meetings.
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work for accuracy and completeness.
