Role Overview:

As the SAP Technical Lead - ABAP RAP, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical initiatives and driving excellence in ABAP development. Leveraging your expertise, you will lead end-to-end S4 HANA implementations, ensuring seamless execution and delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ABAP developers in designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions using ABAP RAP.
- Drive technical strategy and provide guidance on best practices,



ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity and optimize performance.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development, with proven leadership skills.
- Extensive experience in ABAP RAP development and customization.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading at least 1 S4 HANA end-to-end implementation.
- Robust understanding of SAP technologies, architecture, and integration principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
