Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for XCLARS Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT Managed Services sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client base.

Qualifications
