Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Indian food dishes as per restaurant standards
- Assist Head Chef / CDP in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Handle food preparation, cutting, marination, and cooking
- Ensure timely preparation and proper presentation of dishes
- Manage kitchen stock and report requirements to seniors
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Commi 1 in Indian Cuisine
- Knowledge of Indian gravies, tandoor, and basic kitchen operations
- Hardworking, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Teamwork and good kitchen coordination skills
