Job Description:

As a Level 1 Trainee Cloud/System Engineer, associate is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our IT systems. Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network components, as well as assisting end-users with technical issues.

Role:

1.Help Desk Support:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via support tracking tool.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.




- Document all support interactions, including the nature of the problem and the resolution, in the ticketing system.

2.Hardware and Software Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, including updates, patches, and system optimizations.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components as needed.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems.

3.User Account Management:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Assist in user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and data backup.

4.Network Support:
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist in the configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and address any anomalies or disruptions.

5.Security Compliance:
- Enforce security protocols and best practices to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of data.
