Position Overview:

We seek an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years of full-desk recruiting experience. This role will be critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top IT talent to drive the growth of both AppsTek Corp and ImageVision AI. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical recruiting, a proactive approach to talent sourcing,



and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining a focus on quality and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Desk Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Sourcing Talent: Proactively source top IT talent using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide market insights, and develop strategic recruiting plans.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
