Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Core technologies, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, Agentforce, solution architecture, and pre-sales engagements. This role requires a solid technical leader who can collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Must Have
- Over 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with at least 4–5 years in a Solution Architect role.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Core technologies including:
- - Sales Cloud
- - Service Cloud
- - Apex
- - Visualforce
- - Lightning Components / LWC
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Hands-on experience defining end-to-end solution architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.




- Mandatory experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC data models, business processes, and industry best practices.
- Mandatory certifications:
- Salesforce Agentforce Certification
- Salesforce Data Cloud Certification
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and customer data strategy.
- Experience leveraging Agentforce capabilities to build AI-powered customer engagement and service experiences.
- Strong experience in custom Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Ability to define and manage scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architecture across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party system connectivity.
