Job Summary:
The Site Measurement Executive is responsible for taking accurate measurements of spaces for the purpose of creating interior plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, as well as experience with
sketchup or computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Bachelor's degree in civil, interior design or a related field
● Proficiency in design software and technical tools, including Sketchup, Sketchup Layout, etc.
● 2+ years of experience in interior design
● Experience of Modular Woodwork Concepts
● Positive written and verbal communication skills
● Attention to detail
Software Skills: Sketchup, Autocad
Other Requirements: Must have own bike and a valid Indian Driving License
Responsibilities:
● Visiting sites to take accurate measurements of the interior spaces as per the actual site conditions
● Create interior layouts in 3D using Sketchup based on the exact site measurements
● Communicate with architects, interior designers, and other members of the design team
● Doing cross-measurement and pre-production checks for the designs as per the actual site
condition
● Ensuring that the designs proposed meets the execution feasibility criteria
● Ensuring that all the notified processes and company standards are followed at all the stages of the project.
● Ensure that site masking is done as per the finalized designs
● Ensure that all measurements are accurate and up-to-date
● Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
● Work independently and as part of a team
