Position: Global Sales Head
Location: India (Bangalore/Madurai/Durgapur/Jaipur) with international travel
Experience Required: 15-20 years in Business Development / Sales in the AEC Industry
Educational Background: Preferred Engineer/Architect (AEC domain expertise essential)

Role Overview
The Global Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth in key international markets, building solid client relationships, and expanding global footprint. This leadership role involves identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and winning new business, while collaborating with delivery and technical teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities with EPC contractors, consultants, and owners.
- Lead bid management, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.
- Achieve annual sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term,



trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Represent company in client meetings, industry events, and conferences across target regions.

AEC Industry Expertise
- Leverage domain expertise in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction workflows to position value proposition.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and digital transformation initiatives in AEC.
- Partner with technical teams to align solutions with client needs and industry standards.

Strategic Market Development
- Develop and execute market entry/expansion strategies.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Provide market insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the global leadership team to align business strategies
