Description
The Senior Engineer role is a technical role within the team. With some domain knowledge, they are involved in the entire lifecycle of a project or feature, in a way that moves the products forward.
Senior engineers deliver their own work and demonstrate the ability to support others around them, through events like onboarding and mentoring. They ensure continuous improvement, understand the department strategies and provide input to practices, toolkits and processes.
