Job Purpose: The Lead - Planning and Cost Control is responsible for leading the planning and cost control activities for assigned capital projects in Offshore and Onshore development. The role involves managing the integration of drilling, surface development, and all related functions, ensuring cost efficiency, timely execution, and optimal project performance.

Overall Development Plan & Scheduling:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive field development plan (including L1, L2, L3, and L4 schedules) that sequences drilling operations and surface development from initial phases through completion.

• Create and maintain master schedules to ensure alignment of all drilling and surface activities, guaranteeing timely execution of projects.
