Job Description:

Seeking a Head of Product in Bangalore, India, to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with salespeople, designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users.

This is a highly entrepreneurial position reporting directly to the CEO and will require you to assume a number of different roles.

- Design: You practice user empathy and are comfortable interviewing users on a regular basis.
- Analytics: You are very comfortable getting the data you need and transforming it into insights and initiatives without support. SQL, scripting languages, and data-visualization packages are tools you can easily reach for and leverage so your decisions are data-informed and clearly articulated.
- Collaboration: Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams.
- Efficiency: Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

Experience
- 6-10 years of product management experience.
- Prior experience seeing a product through its entire lifecycle.
