India is one of Miraclon’s fastest growing countries, and a energetic market for flexible packaging growth. Thanks to significant year over year expansion Miraclon is now looking for an Account Manager to join the regional Go-to-Market (GTM) team.
Located preferably in Mumbai, this role is responsible for maximizing value from the existing customer base, ensuring customer success, retention, and sustainable volume growth.
The Account Manager is the primary customer interface post-installation, managing relationships, contracts,



and operational alignment.
You will report directly to the APR Sales Manager.
In this role you will
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Work alongside the Regional Applications team to drive volume growth within the install base.
- Ensure all contracts, agreements, and renewals are up to date and optimised.
- Lead customer business reviews, forecasting, and planning.
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Coordinate internal teams (Flexo Engineers, Customer Care, Supply Chain) for execution.
- Support customer participation in programs, upgrades, and initiatives.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention.
