Summary of the Role
Deliver engaging online English classes for students in Grades 2–8, ensuring strong learning outcomes, student retention, and parent satisfaction through high-quality teaching and interaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct live online English classes for Grades 2–8.
- Engage students through interactive teaching methods and active participation.




- Answer student questions and manage virtual classroom behavior.
- Track student progress, attendance, and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior teachers for demos and paid classes.
- Maintain high training participation and performance standards.
- Support student retention through effective student and parent engagement.
- Promote educational content on personal social media platforms (optional).

Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (B.Ed / B.A preferred).
- TESOL / TEFL / TESL certification (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience (online or school-based).
- Knowledge of English proficiency standards (CEFR, IELTS, TOEFL).
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
